Here I am on this glorious summery Saturday making this very healthy and delicious Smoothie for my other half – he works super hard everyday (yes. A holiday is in order too! At some stage) and while I want to make sure my recipes are healthy, I also want to make sure they taste good. So here’s the Recipe so you can make it yourself at home:
1 1/2 punnets blueberries
2 Kiwi Fruit
3/4 Full Cream Milk
Out everything into a blender and mix well until smooth – Enjoy!
